KR v826 - Lv95 Cap

- : Confirmed that old seeds do not work.
- : Added new stat caps for Lv 95 (changed from prior datamined values).

Updated Stat Caps
Stat caps for critical, critical damage, and final damage have been increased. It appears that the devs intend for the Lv 93 to Lv 95 cap increase to be the same degree of change as a 10 level cap raise, which makes sense considering the timeline for Lv 95 cap extends for over a year.

Farming
[Old Apple of Life Seed] and [Old Golden Apple Seed] cannot be used in the farm.
- Item categorization changed to generic item
- Tooltip no longer displays a growth time
- Seeds are unable to be selected in the planting window
- Old seeds sell for higher amounts (Apple of Life seed sells for 2.1719g)
